NOEMIE WIDMER

Noémie Widmer holds a Master's degree in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen and a Master's degree in International Management from Copenhagen Business School.

Trilingual in French, English, and German, she is also trained in Design Thinking and Lean Startup, and is an expert in business model development. Her professional background has been enriched by strategy, innovation, and the management of complex projects.

As a co-founder of a startup, she has experienced firsthand every stage of the creation and development of a company — from structuring the business model to seeking funding, including operational management and strategic choices.

She has also led missions in the fields of sustainable development, digitalization and strategic consulting, in contact with demanding and constantly evolving environments.

These experiences have given him a concrete and profound understanding of the realities faced by entrepreneurs, as well as a proven ability to combine analytical rigor, strategic vision and a sense of execution with a variety of business profiles.

SAMUEL DEVANTHERY - FOUNDER

Samuel Devanthéry holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HEG, a Swiss Federal Diploma as an expert in finance and controlling, and a Master's degree in Controlling. He is also a certified auditor (ASR – Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority), a Swiss Expert Member , President of the Vaud Center for Economic and Accounting Studies (CEECVD) , and Vice-President of the Junior Chamber International of Lausanne.

His professional career has been enriched as a manager of mandates, then Director of trusts and family offices from Valais to Geneva via the Canton of Vaud, notably within a large group of trusts active throughout French-speaking Switzerland.

These experiences have led him to deal with varied and complex situations with a wide variety of clients from all walks of life.

Today, as the founder of My Business Advisor, he leverages his technical and interpersonal skills to support his clients with diligence, pragmatism, and extensive expertise. He also teaches at training institutes for the fiduciary agent and finance and accounting specialist certifications, notably at Romandie Formation.

My Business Advisor offers high value-added services for startups, freelancers, SMEs and large companies.
